The Authority on Building Control and Construction Industry (ABCi) would like to alert the general public about a list of companies or individuals conducting construction activities regulated under ABCi without license, performing activities under suspicion of violating the Building Control Act Chapter 256 as well as regulations and guidelines currently enforced.
This list has been compiled without prejudice based on recorded activities which are not licensed or possess any prior approvals, complaints as well as queries received by ABCi regarding the activities of the company or individual concerned. The list is by no means exhaustive and is subject to further assessment by ABCi to be updated from time to time with the intention to serve as a precautionary notice to the general public. This list may also include activities that may be perceived by ABCi to contain elements of providing services without proper licensing.
The general public are advised to not deal with any companies or individuals that are not regulated under the relevant laws and may refer to the Authority if there are any doubts regarding services offered.
